Justin Bong-Kwan is a lawyer and a writer based in Hong Kong. He was born in Ontario, Canada and grew up in pre- and post-handover Hong Kong. Justin read law in England at St. Mary's College, University of Durham and at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is of Chinese descent with familial roots in Canton and the former Dutch East Indies. Justin’s writing has appeared in publications such as the South China Morning Post, VICE and The Globe and Mail.
